The Shadow Board of Godiva PBC is responsible for ensuring that practices, patients and other professionals come together to commission affordable, high quality health services for the people of Coventry.

Board members will serve for 3 years from the date the Social Enterprise is formed. Three months notice either side will be required. The Shadow Board will decide tenure of the Chair and Vice Chair.

Each Shadow Board Member in attendance at meetings will have a single vote. Where there is a tied vote the Chair will have the casting vote.
